Entitled 'I want to be a footballer', the EFPA proposes a contest editorial children between 10 and 12 years
A recent study showed that the profession of choice for children is the footballer. The European Federation of Former Football Players (EFPA) has taken advantage of this fact to promote, within the framework of the II Congress to be held in Barcelona on 11 and 12 April, an essay competition for children between 10 and 12 years explaining why you want to become professionals in this sport.
The contest is aimed at all those kids enrolled in schools soccer federation in the Catalan Football Federation (FCF) and the prize for the three finalists will travel on a shift with the team at the LFP they choose.
The young talent FC Barcelona, Bojan Krkic, sponsored this first contest editorial launched from the EFPA reading a letter he did in school. "I was, more or less, eight years," she said.
The striker went to the youngest who dream of emulating his footsteps and told them that "I never made myself the goal of reaching the top, only to enjoy playing, go slowly, assimilating what was coming."

Alfonseda, president of the EFPA and the Agrupació Barça Veterans (ABV), stressed that "trying to reach over ten thousand children." The letters must be written in Catalan, handwritten or machine, and up to 35 lines should be. Winners will be announced at the Second Congress of the EFPA.
